Filmy Adhesions

 Filmy
adhesions are scar tissue that is stretched so thin that they look like spider
webs. The left ovary is seen between sheets of adhesions while the right
ovary is behind the adhesions. The tubes are on the other side of the
adhesions so that eggs would have to go around the adhesions on the left but
could not get through those on the right.
